It'd be great if you had two pics. If you have an example of an icon you like and would like yours to look like please post that link too. I will try my best to recreate it with your new picture.

If you want text please specify placement, big or small etc.

I'll drop off the link for your icon in a reply to your comment, I'll keep it in my photobucket for a while but it is a good idea to save it your own computer. I do reserve the right to use the icon I made for you, unless it contains your personal art.
